Popular indian politician, Shashi Tharoor's Twitter account hacked.

Shashi Tharoor is one of the most popular Indian politicians on the social networking site Twitter. His account was hacked today and some absurd tweets were sent from it to a Pakistani journalist. The tweets instantly created lot of buzz on social media websites.  

                 "Sorry folks, my @Twitter account has been hacked & will be temporarily deactivated. Bear with me while we solve this," he tweeted to his followers today.

 All the tweets from the hacked account were directed at Pakistani columnist Mehr Tarar. Where Tarar was surprised by the tweets and replied that she feels awful about what's being tweeted.  

                  "I know Shashi T & respect him greatly. Hv tweeted/written abt it openly.Feel awful abt wht's being tweeted. Maybe @TwitterIndia shld check?" she said in another tweet. 

Apparently, the minister's wife Sunanda Tharoor's account was also hacked as a tweet directed at the Pak columnist was sent.
